Hello, I'm Hal Heidt. We are your Volkswagen automotive repair facility in Ramsey, New Jersey, first opening our doors to serve local customers in 1958. We are privileged to be awarded "Best of Bergen" Auto Dealership for 2022 and 2023! Our team will greet you with a VIP level of service as soon as you park your car in our Service Drive. In our Service Lounge, make yourself a freshly brewed latte, coffee or hot chocolate specialty drink at our coffee bar. We also have granola bars, snacks and ice cold water. There's free Wi-Fi service, very comfortable leather chairs and couches, a lego table for children (and adults alike!) and tables or counter space if you'd like to get some work done on your laptop.

We have a large, modern facility so we can service or repair your vehicle quickly while you enjoy our VIP Customer Lounge. If you can't afford to wait, we also have a local shuttle service to take you where you need to be near Suffern, Englewood, Ridgewood or the surrounding communities. For extended repairs, we have VW courtesy cars for you to use until your vehicle is ready to roll.
