Although their vehicle designs have always been unconventional, Volkswagen have always worked to live up to the transliteration of their name “Peoples’ car.” In fact, their unusual designs have seemingly resulted from an attempt to prioritize pragmatic innovation over design consistency.
A great example of this problem solving drive is the sheer number of Volkswagen Golf models that are available. For 2018, Volkswagen is offering five Golf models to let drivers find the vehicle that best matches their needs. Unlike competitors, these five models differ in more than just trim level.
